1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Peptide AI regarding your access to and use of our mobile app (the "App") and the trydoseo.app website (the "Site").
By installing the App, opening the Site, or using any feature, you agree to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using our services.
2. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER (CRITICAL)
Peptide AI is not a medical application. The App and its features, including but not limited to dose logging, calendar scheduling, inventory tracking, and the reconstitution calculator, are provided solely for informational and organizational tracking purposes.
- We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or professional consulting of any kind.
- We do not encourage or recommend the use of any peptide substances, prescription drugs, or unlicensed therapies.
- Always consult a licensed medical professional or physician before starting any injection protocol or health regimen.
- You assume full liability for how you use the dose calculator. Double-check all calculation volumes prior to drawing any fluids.
3. App Access and Subscriptions
We offer the App via the Apple iOS App Store. Some elements of our tracking system may require a weekly or annual premium subscription.
- Free Trials: Subscription plans may begin with a free trial period (typically 3 days). You must cancel the trial at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period in your Apple ID Account Settings to avoid billing.
- Billing & Payments: All transactions are processed and handled securely by Apple StoreKit. We do not maintain records of card numbers.
- Cancellations & Refunds: Subscriptions renew automatically. You can turn off auto-renewal at any time. For refund requests, you must contact Apple Support directly.
4. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise specified, all software code, assets, website layouts, UI designs, brand marks, and features of Peptide AI are owned by or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
5. Prohibited Uses
By using the App or Site, you agree not to:
- Decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract source code from the mobile application.
- Use the App to promote illegal distributions, instructions, or unauthorized sale of peptides.
- Exploit calculation metrics to cause self-harm or coordinate dangerous experimental research.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peptide AI and its developers, employees, or partners will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of (or inability to use) the App, including any medical complications, calculator discrepancies, or tracking errors.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will indicate changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App following changes constitutes acceptance.
